• Manage Rewards

    Only customers who joined the Rewards program will earn points after the game.

    • When you save the bay information in the bay timer, the rewards are automatically saved.
    • If the cutomers do not have their membership ID, they cannot earn the rewards.
    • If you uncheck the check box next to the customer’s name, the customer cannot earn any rewards.
    • Rewards are divided into the total number of people who have their membership ID and then saved at the reward ratio.
    • The customers need their membership ID in order to join our Rewards program. After joining the program, they can earn points. To set the membership ID, go to the ‘Customer’ menu and edit customer details.

    You add customers into the bay first before saving the game.

  • Manage Gift Cards

    Make a new gift card

    • Go to the ‘GiftCard’ menu.
    • Click the ‘Register New GiftCard’ button.
    • Type the amount of purchase.
    • Type a unique number for scanning or searching.
    • Click the gift card number to check more details of gift card.
  • Reservation View

    Daily view only:  When the mouse is over the name in the time table, the summary of each reservation is displayed

    Send reminder messages

    • Select date to send reminder messages to the customers
    • The customers will receive reminder SMS or Email (depends on setup)

    Alert Tag

    • (1) New reservation : Display new reservation has made to the admin.
    • (2) Paid reservation : This reservation has paid by credit card. if you do not see this icon on any tee-off time, It is made by admin from phone call or customer on site.

    Manage reservation

    • (1) Send confirmation again : Send confirmation email or SMS again to the customer.

    • (1) Confirm Online Booking : Hide icon on daily reservation view
    • (2) Cancel (Release Hold) : Cancel reservation requested by the customer, There is no Penalty.
    • (3) Cancel On Same Day (Capture Hold) : Cancel reservation requested by the customer. But, there is Penalty
    • (4) No show(Capture Hold) : Cancel reservation and put the name on the no show list. also, there is Penalty : If you have a note for no show list, you can cancel this reservation and send a message that you are in a no show list.
    • Send this message for the customer
    • (5) Release Hold only (After check-in) : Release deposit.
    • Now, you can see the name on the no show list
    • The customer who is on the no show list can not book again until admin remove the name on the no show list.

    Make a new booking by admin

    • Click any time slot to make tee-off start.
    • Fill out the form.
    • Quick way to fill input boxes with dummy data: Click ‘autocomplete’ botton and just select ‘playtime.’
    • Find a customer who has already filled out a waiver by ‘Search Customer’. Type in a phone number or name and select the name on the list, then click anywhere on the page to set the customer’s name and phone number.  
    • When you uncheck ‘SMS for confirmation notification’, customer will net get any messages from us.
    • If you can’t select play time you want, change the tee-off time. (If you can’t select, that means there is another boooking after your time slots).

    Details of booking

    • Click any customer name on the booking table or mouse over on the name to see a summary of the booking.

    Update booking information (tee-time, playtime, etc.)

    • Whenever a tee-off time or playtime changes, updates are sent through text messages to the customer (when SMS notification is checked)
    • When you need to update the tee-off time, click the ‘Select available tee time’ button.
    • Select the new date and tee-off time you want to change.
    • Don’t forget to select playtime again.
  • Bay

    1. Start & End :  Bay timer will start when you click the ‘Start’ button.

    2. End :  The bay timer will end when you click the ‘End’ button.

    3.Update : update Start or End time If you want to change.

    • Select time you want to update and click the update button.

    4.  Add customers: Customers will be added from the database.

    • Type in a phone number or name to search the customer. Select one of the customers and click the ‘Add’ button.
    • Only one customer can be added at a time.
    • To delete a customer, Click the ‘Del’ button next to the name.
    • Customer is added each time by searching the database base of waivers.

    5. Save: Save payment history for the customer who signed up the waiver

    • If a customer doesn’t have a membership ID yet, he/she cannot earn rewards.
    • In both cases, only customers who are checked can earn rewards on full payment
    • When the checkbox next to the name is deactivated, he/she cannot earn rewards

    6. Reset :  Game has discarded without anything being saved. Go back to ready
